01Agreement
By creating an account, signing in with Google, connecting a provider resource, funding a caller balance, or calling the gateway, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you use zerouter on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The service is operated at https://www.zerouter.ai. We may update these Terms; the date at the top is controlling. Material changes take effect when posted, or on a later date we state on this page.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You may not use the service if you have been suspended, if applicable law forbids it, or if you cannot comply with upstream provider terms for the models you call or the seats you connect.
03Accounts and Google sign-in
Most features require an account. Google sign-in is offered so we can verify an email and create a console identity. You are responsible for activity under your account, including API keys you create and wallets you bind.
Notify us at [email protected] if you believe the account is compromised. We may suspend access to protect the pool, other users, or upstream providers.
04The service
zerouter is a two-sided marketplace for renting official AI account capacity. Providers authorize seats they control through official OAuth or Device Authorization. Callers receive a zerouter API key and pay per million tokens at published rates. The gateway routes eligible requests to verified resources.
zerouter is not Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, or Moonshot. We do not grant you those companies' accounts. We do not promise that any given model, region, or seat will remain available.
05Callers
If you use the caller console or API, you agree that usage is billed from actual token counts written to the ledger for completed requests, using the price snapshot in force for that request. Input, output, and cache-read rates may differ by model. Current figures are published on Pricing.
You fund a prepaid balance (including crypto recharge in supported assets such as USDC or USDT). We may reject, delay, or reverse a credit if a chain payment fails, is double-spent, or does not match the order. Unused balance is not a bank deposit and is not insured.
You must keep API keys secret. You are responsible for applications, agents, and end users that call zerouter with your key, including their compliance with model-provider acceptable-use rules.
06Providers
If you connect a resource, you represent that you control the official account, that authorization happens only on the provider's real domain, and that you will not submit stolen credentials, scraped cookies, unofficial reverse proxies, or shared passwords.
Default provider share is about 80% of settled usage, with about 20% as the platform fee, unless a live price rule says otherwise. The snapshot stored with that request is authoritative. Yield is not a guaranteed return. Pause a seat whenever you need the capacity back.
Settled earnings may be withdrawn in native USDC on Base to a wallet you bind. You are responsible for the address you confirm. A wrong address can permanently lose funds. On-chain settlement of the internal ledger itself is not how today's metering works: the ledger is request-level; the payout is a separate USDC transfer.
07Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to recover another user's credentials, device codes, or wallet keys from the gateway or consoles.
- Probe, overload, or bypass rate limits except through documented APIs.
- Use the service for unlawful content, malware, or activity that violates upstream model terms.
- Resell raw provider sessions or present zerouter keys as official Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google keys.
- Interfere with settlement, recharge, or payout records.
We may suspend resources or API keys immediately if we reasonably believe this section is violated.
08Availability and changes
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Models, prices, supported chains, and features may change. We may throttle, reroute, or refuse traffic that threatens the pool or an upstream provider. We are not liable for upstream outages, model refusals, or chain congestion.
09Intellectual property
zerouter, the site, and the consoles remain our intellectual property. You retain rights in prompts and outputs to the extent the upstream provider and applicable law grant them. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to route, meter, settle, and support your use of the service.
10Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ERROR-FREE OUTPUTS, OR ANY PARTICULAR PROVIDER EARNING.
11Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEROUTER AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOST SEATS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE PLATFORM FEES YOU PAID TO ZEROUTER IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE PLACES OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS.
12Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify zerouter and its operators against claims arising from your content, your end users, your connected seats, your wallets, or your breach of these Terms or of upstream provider rules, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
13Termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account for violation of these Terms, legal risk, or non-payment. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including fees already settled, disclaimers, and liability limits) survive termination.
14Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of zerouter.ai, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction over that operator may hear disputes that are not resolved informally. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer protections in your place of residence.
