01Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy applies to https://www.zerouter.ai, the caller and provider consoles, and the public API gateway operated as zerouter. It does not apply to upstream model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, Moonshot, and others) once a request has been routed to an official seat you do not control.
By creating an account or using the service you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree, do not sign in or submit personal data.
02Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the marketplace, settle usage, and keep accounts secure.
You provide
- Account profile details after sign-in (display name if shown in the console).
- Support messages, ticket contents, and the email you use to contact us.
- Caller recharge details: amounts, timestamps, token symbol, and the wallet or payment reference you submit.
- Provider payout details: a Base network address you bind for USDC withdrawals, and related transaction hashes once a payout is sent.
Created when you use the service
- Session and security logs (IP address, user agent, approximate time, success or failure of sign-in).
- API usage: model identifier, token counts, cache reads, route outcome, and the price snapshot used to bill that request.
- Provider resource metadata: platform, entitlement probe results, pause state, and concurrency limits — not the raw secret.

03Google sign-in data
If you sign in with Google, Google shares your Google account identifier, verified email address, name, and profile photo if your Google account has one. We use this information only to create and authenticate your zerouter console account, show your identity in the dashboard, and send account notices.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure processors required to run the service (hosting, email delivery, and databases). We do not use Google user data to train models.
zerouter's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
04How we use information
We process personal data to:
- Authenticate users and keep sessions secure.
- Route, meter, and settle API requests against published prices.
- Credit provider earnings and execute Base USDC payouts you request.
- Apply caller balances after crypto recharge confirmations.
- Detect abuse, stolen-credential attempts, and gateway attacks.
- Respond to support tickets and legal requests we are required to honor.
- Improve reliability of the console and gateway (aggregate, non-advertising telemetry if you allow analytics cookies).
We do not sell personal information and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
07Retention and deletion
Google profile data and account records are kept while your zerouter account is active. Ledger rows that price a settled request are kept for accounting, dispute review, and legal retention periods. Support tickets are kept for the life of the conversation and a reasonable archive after it closes.
Encrypted provider credentials are deleted when you disconnect the resource, subject to short-lived backups used for disaster recovery.
To request access, correction, or deletion of your account and associated Google sign-in data, email [email protected]. We may retain information we are required to keep, or that we need to complete a payout or charge already in flight.
08Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, to object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Email [email protected] with the address used on the account. We will ask you to verify control of that address before we act.
If you are in a region with a “sale” or “share” opt-out for advertising, note that zerouter does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
09Security
We use HTTPS, encrypted credential storage, and access controls on production systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Do not send Device Codes, OAuth callbacks, API keys, or passwords to anyone claiming to represent the pool — including to the contact address above unless we have asked you, on an official page, for a specific non-secret detail.
10Children
The service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
11International processing
The site and API are served from infrastructure that may be located outside your country. If you use zerouter, your information may be processed in those locations under this policy and the safeguards our processors provide.
12Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Material changes that affect how we use Google user data will be reflected here before they take effect. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
